Warner Music Nashville partners with Round Here Records for the signing of Blake Redferrin. The White House, TN native borrows his stage name from his last name. Blake Redferrin’s debut song, “Red In My Last Name,” is out now. “I am so fired up,” Redferrin said in a release. “It's been a long time coming and a long backroad to get here.”
Redferrin initially signed to Florida Georgia Line’s Tree Vibez Music publishing and Round Here Records. “Red in My Last Name” was produced by Corey Crowder and Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley. It’s the first set of music from Redferrin, who has had cuts with Florida Georgia Line (“Countryside”), Nelly (“Lil Bit”) and Dean Brody and The Reklaws’ (“I Can’t Help Myself”).
“From day one, we’ve known that huge things are ahead for Redferrin,” Kelley and Hubbard said. “Whether in the writing room, studio, or on the stage, he’s completely blown us away and creatively grown faster than we could have ever imagined. … We’re so proud to stand in support of Redferrin with a Warner Music Nashville / Round Here Records partnership.”
