CMT’s Leslie Fram and artists Mickey Guyton and Trisha Yearwood will be honored by Save the Music and SongFarm.org at the fourth annual “Hometown to Hometown” event at Nashville’s City Winery June 4. The event recognizes their contributions to the music industry and passion for music education. Kelsea Ballerini, Madeline Edwards, Caylee Hammack, Brittney Spencer, and others will perform acoustically during the fundraiser. “CMT Hot 20 Countdown’s” Cody Alan hosts alongside Apple Music Country’s Rissi Palmer.
Funds raised support music technology programs in under-resourced high schools in Nashville, Georgia and Texas. Over the last 25 years, Save the Music has donated more than $70 million in instruments and music technology to 2,500 public schools nationwide.
