Sparta-Tomah Broadcasting “Cow 97” WCOW-FM Sparta-La Crosse, WI, was named top small-market music radio station at the 2021 Wisconsin Broadcasters Association Awards gala over the weekend. The most-recognized country station, Cow 97 also received the Social and Digital Media Operation of the Year award, as well as multiple individual honors in small-market music radio categories.

“The WBA awards always demonstrate our radio and TV stations’ commitment to serving their communities,” WBA President and CEO Michelle Vetterkind said in a release.
